Nate Magloughlin came to TBC in September of 2007 from Chester, South Carolina. He is a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Amy, have two sons, Jackson (2004) & Garrison (2006).

Dan Thompson
Music and Worship

Dan Thompson served TBC since August of 1991. Originally from Pasadena, Texas, Dan is a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Donna, have three sons: Chad (1989), Christopher (1991), and Chase (1993).  He is primarily responsible for leading our worship times and overseeing the total music ministry at TBC.
 

 
Dr. Carey Skinner

Carey Skinner has served TBC since April of 1997.  Originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma, Carey has a B. A. in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Masters in Counseling from Amber University, and a M. Div. and Ph. D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Carey came to TBC as our Education Pastor, but now has moved into the role of our Pastor of Biblical Counseling and Pastoral Care. Carey and his wife, Debbie, have one grown daughter, Hannah.

Tracy J. Ward
Missions and Community Outreach

Tracy Ward has served TBC since October 1997. He and Kathleen have two daughters: Malorie (1992) and Madison (1996). Tracy, originally from Albuquerque, NM, has a Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Hardin-Simmons University and a Masters in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  After serving as our Student Pastor, he has moved into the role of Pastor for Missions and Community Outreach.

Todd Blackhurst

Todd Blackhurst has served TBC since July of 2003. He and his wife, Crista, have two daughters, Katelyn (1998) and Ashlyn (2001) and a son, Andrew (2004). Todd received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.  After serving as our Student Pastor, Todd has moved into the role of Family Discipleship Pastor and oversees all the education and discipleship ministries of TBC as well as focusing our ministry to families. Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller is our Student Pastor and he began serving TBC in July of 2008.  He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Northen Iowa, as well as a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan and his wife, Tonya, have two sons, Noah (2006) and Elijah (2008)!

 
Karen Coleman
Children's Director

Karen Coleman joined the TBC staff in 1987 as our Children's Director. She and her husband Bill have two children, son, Landon who is married to Brooke and they have the Coleman's granddaughter Emma Grace (2006) and daughter, Lindsey.  Karen is responsible for the ministries to families with children from birth through the fifth grade, equipping them to love and obey God and to glorify Him in all things.
