Parking & Entering the Building
If you are a guest, you will find marked visitor parking directly across from the covered portico on the north side of the building which faces I-40. The parking area next to the main building has spaces reserved for handicapped, senior adults and moms with small children. There is ample parking in our main lot north of the main building adjacent to I-40 and and the east lot adjacent to the ROC. Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to the start of our services or the Bible study hour. Please feel free to drop off any family members under the portico where they will be assisted by our welcome staff while you park your car.
There are greeters at both the covered portico and the ROC entrance who are ready to help direct you to a Bible study, assist you with your children or answer any other questions you may have. Please be sure to ask for assistance if you need it. There is also a welcome center as you exit the sanctuary to the right with helpful information.
Worship Bulletins
Each Sunday, we have a worship bulletin that contains information about the Sunday services along with information about our activities and announcements for upcoming events. You can receive this bulletin from an usher outside the auditorium.
Our Sunday Services
Our services last 70 minutes. Our worship services are designed to draw us into the presence of God through singing, Scripture reading & the preaching of the Word. Also, included in the service is a time of welcome from one of our pastors as well as weekly announcements. An invitation is given for anyone to respond to what God has called them to do. You may respond publicly by meeting a pastor at the front. If you wish to become a member of Trinity Baptist Church, you must attend our TBC New Members Class which is offered on the 1st & 2nd Sunday of every month. See below for more information.
Getting Acquainted
When you visit, please fill out the registration card found in the pew racks and place it in the offering plate. In addition, our staff will be at the Welcome Center located outside the worship center following each service to meet you and answer any questions you may have. Please stop by and introduce yourself so we can get to know you better.
There are greeters located at the main entrance and ushers as you enter the sanctuary. If you need help locating a Sunday School class, restrooms or a cup of coffee, please ask one of these people for help - that is, if they don't ask you first. For individuals seeking to discover more about us, the TBC New Members class is held the first and second Sunday of each month. This class begins at 9:45. This is a class which covers our basic beliefs, church structure, mission and vision and introduces our church staff. Anyone who wishes to become a member of TBC must attend both sessions of this class. Click here for more information.
Children
We care about children at TBC. There is childcare, through age five, available during all Sunday services. (We encourage older children to attend worship services with their parents. Click here for suggestions on helping your child worship.) We have a security system which requires parents to drop off and pick up their children using coded cards. You will receive a card when you drop your child off. If you have any special concerns, please visit with the teacher or a staff person or call and talk to Karen Coleman or one of our other staff members at 372-2421 prior to visiting.
For more information about these services or any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us or call the church office to speak with one of our ministers at 372-2421.
