Birthday parties are for 1 1/2 hours, and include exclusive use of the playroom. Shared use of the gym and game room are also available. The cost is $30. The person in charge is responsible for providing any snacks, paper goods and decorations. Only clear box or pouch drinks are allowed. If you are not a member of MDO or First Friends, a member can sponsor you if he/she will be at the party. Put name and phone of sponsor above. Reservations must be made 2 weeks prior to the party date.
